ST789 Terms & Conditions

Welcome to ST789. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and ST789 (hereinafter referred to as "ST789", "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://st789.lat (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "the Website").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ST789 platform — including but not limited to the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, virtual games, live chat, or any promotional feature — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

ST789 primarily serves players located in Malaysia. All monetary figures referenced in these Terms are expressed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless explicitly stated otherwise. References to payment methods in these Terms include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, and Hong Leong Connect.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal account created by a User on the ST789 Platform following successful registration.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account at any given time, expressed in MYR.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit credits credited to an Account pursuant to a promotional offer, which are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Real Funds" means funds deposited directly by the User via a supported payment method, excluding any Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before the resulting winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity document checks, address verification, and source-of-funds assessments.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law or from which the Company is unable to accept registrations or deposits.
• "Platform" means the ST789 website, mobile-optimised browser interface, and any associated services operated at https://st789.lat.
• "Event" means any sporting fixture, live casino round, slot game spin, or other activity offered for wagering on the Platform.

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on ST789, a User must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of the Account:

1. The User must be at least 21 years of age. ST789 enforces a strict 21+ minimum age policy. Registration by any individual below this age is strictly prohibited. Where ST789 has reasonable grounds to believe a User is below 21 years of age, the Account will be suspended immediately pending identity verification.
2. The User must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
3. The User must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is the sole responsibility of the User to determine whether such access is lawful in their jurisdiction. ST789 makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
4. The User must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of ST789 or any of its affiliates.
5. The User must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the ST789 Platform or any related platform operated by the Company.

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the ST789 Platform. The creation of duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all Balances, including any winnings.

During registration, Users are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and contact number. ST789 relies on this information to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.

ST789 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted through the supported payment methods listed on the deposits page at the time of the transaction. Supported methods currently include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, and Hong Leong Connect.

ST789 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including but not limited to deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and referral rewards. Each individual promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer.

The following general bonus terms apply to all ST789 promotions unless explicitly overridden by the promotion-specific terms:

• Bonus Funds are credited to the Account as a non-withdrawable promotional balance and must be wagered in accordance with the applicable Wagering Requirement before any resulting winnings may be transferred to the Real Funds balance.
• Wagering Requirements must be fulfilled within the stated validity period of the bonus. Bonuses that expire before the Wagering Requirement is met will be forfeited without compensation.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use and may not be shared, transferred, or assigned between Accounts.
• ST789 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being claimed, and to cancel or amend any bonus already credited where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or the exploitation of the bonus for purposes contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any one time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Players who self-exclude under the Responsible Gambling Policy are not eligible for promotional bonuses during the exclusion period.

All bets and gaming activity on the ST789 Platform are subject to the individual game or sport-specific rules published within each game or market. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of the specific game or bet type, and these Terms shall govern all other matters.

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on or in connection with the ST789 Platform:

• Opening more than one Account or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC procedures;
• Using the Platform from any Restricted Jurisdiction;
• Colluding with other players, using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or other artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, loopholes, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's systems;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime in connection with the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or otherwise dispute legitimate transactions made to ST789;
• Using the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful or violates these Terms;
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening ST789 staff or other players via live chat or any communication channel.

All content on the ST789 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, code, branding, and trademarks — is the exclusive intellectual property of ST789 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. No User shall reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ST789.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ST789 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary losses or damages arising out of or in connection with the User's access to or use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform;
• Interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers;
• Unauthorised access to a User's Account where the User has failed to maintain adequate security over their login credentials;
• Errors or inaccuracies in information provided by third-party sports data or game providers.

ST789's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount of Real Funds held in that User's Account at the time the claim arises.

• A User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• ST789 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct;
• A User has provided false or misleading information;
• Continuation of the Account would expose ST789 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk;
• A User requests self-exclusion under the Responsible Gambling Policy.

Users wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting the ST789 support team. Upon Account closure, all Real Funds Balances (net of any applicable Bonus Funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the User via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC requirements being satisfied.

ST789 reserves the right to revise, update, or amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, ST789 will provide reasonable notice to existing Account Holders via email to the registered email address or via a prominent notification upon next login.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page under "Last Updated." Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. Users who do not accept the amended Terms should cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of applicable law. Users are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the ST789 Platform, Users are encouraged to first contact the ST789 support team, as the majority of disputes can be resolved efficiently through this channel. ST789 is committed to responding to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

ST789 does not operate as a business registered in Malaysia and makes no representation that the Platform is offered in compliance with Malaysian gaming law. Users access the Platform at their own risk and at their own legal responsibility.
